  7. Training and Pilot Testing
  8. We train your team by functional role, conduct tests of real processes, correct deviations, and make adjustments before the final launch.
  9. Post-Implementation Support
  10. During the first 30 business days (or as planned), we monitor your operation, resolve issues, and support the actual adoption of the system.
